greetings to anyone reading this pathetic post.
this is a totally pathetic day
because fiona is having a pathetic horrible day
and because she has to deal with pathetic holiday assignments.
(not forgetting to mention that it's a bad hair day for her)
so this morning my dad drove me to school to get the school u.
which they had PROMISED to give
(seeing that i've ALREADY paid)
and they ASSURED that i wouldn't have to queue.
and guess what?
when i reached,
the queue was from the current 1CR classroom
all the way to the vending machine at the canteen.
not forgetting to mention that it was the furthest one.
sure i was annoyed. make that VERY VERY annoyed.
and i queued like for two and a half hours?!
what the hell :x
many parents were infuriated.
and i heard a few were lodging a complain.
and of course a few hurling vulgarities.
so while waiting, chit-chat with a few mums
and then they started asking many many many questions.
(etc. what time do you dismiss? which is the shortest route to the bus-stop?)
blah blah blah. but they were quite nice lah(:
and when FINALLY it got to me,
they tell me that my shirt size was OUT-OF-STOCK!
and i was like O.O
and the following was the arguement between me and the stupid uniform woman:
her: sorry ah we out of stock for your size. you want take 17 instead?(very impatient)
me: NO?! if i wanted 17 i could have taken it 3 days ago when you PROMISED to give 16 to me today.
her: but you not even sec one right? (points at me rudely)
me: yeah. so? is that a problem? (asks in a whats-your-point tone)
her: sec ones are our main concern. cause you see, we only signed the contract with the school recently.....
me: well THAT'S none of MY concern. if you didn't wanted to give me, then don't assure me of it. what more, i was told that i didn't have to queue AT ALL. and after i skipped my breakfast and lunch to queue for this stupid thing you're telling me that there's no stock? come on lah. that's just plain dumb. (getting really irritated)
her: but you are not sec one what..... our main concern is sec one students only......
me: i don't care what in the universe is your stupid concern. (practically shouting)
not like the they are getting their shirts.
(at this point of time, i think there were about 60+ people behind the queue)
another parent behind me: this is so inefficient. on registration day i queued up for an hour to get my daughter's measurements and you also told me there would DEFINITELY be size 16 today. what is this? you think i got alot of time issit? if i knew i had to queue for such a long time again today, i wouldn't have done so the other day!
her: sorry sorry we will make arrangements. (shows a totally unapologetic face)
outcome:
i didn't get my shirt but at least i won the arguement.
people can be so unreasonable sometimes.
stupid people so stupid things.
you think i'm a pushover or something?
wanna make my life miserable issit?
i'll make yours even worse.
by the way,
for those of you who are still outdated,
the school has changed its uniform supplier.
which means they changed the uniform and pe.
the signature metal buttons are now sewn on
it might be less of a hassle.
but i think they are kinda dumb. metal rusts.
and the badge is like ironed on?
it's so big and stupid.
and the new pe shorts are so damn bloody long.
like all the way to my knees.
i'm SO NOT gonna wear them.
maybe i'll CONSIDER if my old ones tear.
but thank god the pe shirt is slightly nicer.
now don't have the big big CHUNG CHENG.
but i kinda liked that. identification.
now they have it in both red and white.
so you can choose which one you'd like.
i got one of each and i changed the red one for another white.
it's waaay nicer. my opinion.
i hate the new supplier.
i hate the new school u.
i hate the new pe shorts(which are not short)
